Joshua Sherin and Phillis Smith Pemberton met while Joshua was working as a Inmate Law Clerk in the Wisconsin Prison System. Together in 2022 they started Sherin and Associates LLC to bring high level paralegal skill for complex cases to attorney practices. Joshua and Phillis made this service affordable for the attorney and their clients. They also folded in Divorces with Phillis to provide affordable divorces for low income individuals and attorney’s with complex divorce cases. Joshua and Phillis felt the need to give back to the community which they live in and to help people releasing from prison. Together they created the community services division of Sherin and Associates.
